Hello,

I've a laptop Dell D610 with XP SP2 Profesionnal.
When I want to hinernate the laptop, I've got the following message :
Windows System Error :
Insufficient system ressources exists to complete api

After some search, I found patch provided by Microsoft :
Q330909_WXP_SP2_x86_ENU.exe

When I want to install it, I obtain an error which explains that I
can't install this patch if my system has an installed service pack!
gloups!

The hibernation problem exists always ! The laptop contains 2Gb DDR2.

Somebody can help to resolve this problem ?

best regards

I understand that the correct patch is KB909095-x86-ENU.

It worked very well for me.

Juan, I found the KB describing this hotfix but cannot find the file itself.
I have the same problem. Where did you find the hotfix file?

Thanks,
