System will not go into hibernate or stand by.
Getting message: Device Driver for the Communication Port
[COM2] preventing hibernation. May have to update driver.
Windows Drive Update says current driver is the best one
to us.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Bob Lanz

Bob,

Disable Quicken background download manager, if you have any version of
Quicken installed. This will solve your problem.

Best of luck,
