Hibernate Issue

When my pc returns from hibernation, it pause at the restoring windows scroll
at the bottom of the screen. I then have to restart and delete the hib file. I've
tried disabling then re- enabling hibernation but that didn't solve the problem.
Hibernation worked at one time on this pc. Any ideas? Thanks.
