hibernation file, used for, er, hibernating your PC turn off hibernation
if you dont need it and want the space back

If you shut down and Hibernate, the whole content of RAM is preserved in
this file, and restored when you power on again. If you do not want to
use Hibernation, uncheck the Enable box in Power Options - Hibernate,
and the file will go
