How do I make hiberfil.sys and similar ones run exclusively in D: drive, so
as not to have any space problems in C: drive?

You cannot move hiberfil.sys. As for the "similar" ones you speak of I
have no idea what they are so I can't say.

Hiberfile.sys can only be on the the first drive. You can not move it to D:

Do you use hibernation? If not you can reclaim the space by turning it off.

Regarding "similar ones," nobody can answer that unless you explicitly tell
us what you're asking about.
