hiberation issue

hi all!

After I power on my system after hiberation, my serial
mouse does not work. Can anyone help?

My configuration is:

WinXP SP1
Intel 865GBF MB
iBall Serial Scroll Mouse

Actually, after putting the system in hiberation, I do
not power off the system from the mains, and restart..
the mouse works. But if i power off the mains supply and
restart the mains.. the mouse gives a problem. Its click
actions takes place, but I am not able to move the mouse.

All bets are off if in hibernation you shut the power off.
