Hiberanation Problems

Hi,

I have got an XP machine and everytime i try to put the
machine in hibernation mode it comes up with the
following:

The device driver for the 'Standard 101/102-Key or
Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard' devcice is preventing
the machine from entering hibernation. Please close all
applications and try again. If the problem persists, you
may need to update the driver.

I have tried updating the driver and the problem still
occurs.

Can anyone help?
