Hibernation

Recently, when I try to put my laptop (hp ze5400) into
hibernation, the message comes up (roughly)
The device driver for "Standard 101/102-key or Microsoft
NaturalPS/2 keyboard device is preventing machine from
entering hibernation. Please close all applications and
try again. If this persists you may need to update this
driver".
Even if I close all applications, the message keeps
coming up.
Where is this driver located, and where do I find the
update for it?
Thanks

You may be able to find new drivers in two places. One way
is to do a Windows Update from your start menu. After the
site scans for updates you may see that a driver update is
available for your computer. If you are lucky there will
be one for your keyboard. If a driver is not available try
the following site.
