Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Problem

I have just installed a Belkin Hi-Speed, USB 2, 3-Port PCI card into my PC
(Pentium III 1.8 Ghz with XP SP2), this was recognised by WIndows XP,
installed and all appeared to be ok. Unfortunately when I check the Device
Manager there is a yellow exclamation mark against the newly added "Standard
Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller" and the same against the additional two
"Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controllers"; which when clicked on tell me that
"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12) If
you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other
devices on this system."
I really need this Hi-Speed USB for rapid data transfer, can anyone advise
me on what I should do. I already have x4 USB 1.1ports which came built in
with the original PC and I'm guessing that my motherboard wont support
anymore but I'm not sure what to do. Very grateful for any help - thank you.

You should be able to enter the bios and disable the onboard USB devices,
the you can check to see if the new hi-speed USB card is enabled. Check your
motherboard manual for instructions.
