Hi, I'm having issues on my computer. I am running Windows XP SP2. First I
will start with this. I'll be in the middle of something and my computer
will just shut off. When I turn the computer back on a message comes up
saying that the system has recovered from a serious error. It does not
explain what kind of error or what caused it. This has happened 3 times. I
am unable to open any kind of help files, when I try to I get the...(whatever
help file I am opening) encountered a problem and needed to close. Also, I
am unable to open McAfee Virus Scan. It just does nothing. No errors or
anything. Also when I am running AOL I get a message stating that there is
not enough memory or hard disk space to perform the suggested action. I have
an 80 gig hard drive that is new and it has 65 gigs of free space. And I
have 256mb of memory. For the last 2 days I get an error when I start my
computer says Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem
and needed to close.

Steps I have taken to resolve these issues:

I have ran 2 different spyware programs to clean system of spyware. I am
unable to scan for Virus with McAfee, but I have scanned with Panda
Software's ActiveScan and it didn't find any viruses. I have delete McAfee
Virus Scan and McAfee Security Center.

Does anyone have any suggests as to what my problem is or what I can do to
resolve these issues?

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

IF, your system just shuts off for no apparent reason then you could have a
power supply problem or an over temp problem.

Next time it does it go into the BIOS and see what the readings are for your
temperature and power supply voltages.
