Hi-Grade C7000 won't turn off

can anyone help me I have just tried shutting down my Hi-Grade Laptop/Notepad
and as it said windows closing I just got a blue screen and it won't close
down? Can any one give me any idears what key's to press to re-open or close
it down? No matter what I tried to press it won't let me do anything
 
C7000 what make

my Toshiba when stuck,,, holding down the Power On button for about five
seconds kills it .
 
hi tks 4 the reply, the computer is a "Hi-Grade Notino C7000" I tried that
but with no luck? I can't understand what come over it? this is my first
Laptop/Notepad & unlike PC Towers where you can press the reset button on
this I can't find anything that resets the laptop if the screen goes blank? I
got that fedup trying I just popped out the Batery!! It worked when I put it
back it everything loaded fine, fingers crossed it won't happen again, Thanks
again for helping out
