I recently downloaded the new version of windows98 and
recently I have been having problems browsing the
internet. I have both yahoo and MSN messinger and after I
dial up to connect to the internet I am able to get to
those messingers fine, but when I click on the blue E on
the icon page that takes me to browse the internet nothing
happens. While doing a scan on my computer I have learned
that I have a currupt file the file is setupx.dll. Also
my screen turns blue and I get a message that says some
other kind of error occurs and the srceen goes black and I
have to reboot my computer could you please be some
assistance to me.

Where did you get the new version of Windows on the Web.
It's not available from any MS sites.

Did you check it with your virus program before installing it?
