HELP?

I go into the start menu then all programs then games and
all the windows games have just disapeared and so has my
sound recorder and also When i click on outlook express
it goes to internet options, Can anyone HELP?

Hi Ed,

Instead of reinstalling everything it might be easier to restore your
system.
