HELP

[BALLY]

A friend is having trouble starting up her computer, and
she has asked you to help. When you turn the system on,
the video display comes on, and you can hear the disk
drive spinning. Several different screens display, and
then you hear a single beep from the computer. From your
knowledge of system bootups, what can you tell your friend
about her system?
