Help!!!

Hi...
I am running office 2003 professional on a Dell Laptop (D610) with windows xp.
I had Outlook working before with an old email address, but now I cannot get it to open. When I try it gives me an error message that it is trying to configure email. then, when it can't... it gives me an error message that it can't connect. I cannot open it at all to try to change anything.
When I open "mail" in my control panel... I do not know how to configure it. I use wifi, so when it asks for the pop3 or the smtp... I don't know what to put in there or what to put as the microsoft exchange server.
Can someone please help me with this.
My ultimate goal is to be able email a Publisher email or newsletter.

Are you using hotmail by any chance? If so try this link for
instructions how to setup hotmail pop3 server details:

From this link, you can learn how to setup any other accounts from
other ISPs.
