Eliminate signature for internal emails

Using Outlook 2003/2007 with POP3/SMTP (not an Exchange server in sight) can
the client be configured in such a way that emails sent from (e-mail address removed)
to *@sample.com do *NOT* have the signature, but emails sent to any other
domain do?

No. The only way its possible is with disclaimer tools on a gateway SMTP
server. Everyone would get the same signature template.
