I suppose it all depends on what you are used to.
I have access to both Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007,
but I prefer Microsoft's free email programs because they are
snappier (less lethargic), and tend to give more useful error
diagnostics than Outlook. I don't need the bells and whistles.
