I have several questions about windows vista. I will list them numerically
1) When I first installed windows vista I could move my mouse pointer over
minimized objects in my toolbar and it would show a small version the
internet page, folder, etc. Both my computer as well as my sisters no-longer
does this, and for the life of me I can’t find were the setting to turn this
feature on and off is. Could someone please give me step by step instructions
on how to reactivate this feature, or what might be going wrong?
2) Second question is how do I set up a roaming account on our home network.
We have a network set up with folders on the network as well as my printer. I
am using my second hard-drive as the area all these folders are located. Is
it possible to set up a network in the style of a school or small office were
when I log in on any computer in our house it’s the same profile as my
computer?
2a The second part of this question is my mom would like me to set up an
e-mail for her with outlook using her hotmail. She wants to know if it is
possible that I set up an outlook account for her, so that whatever computer
she uses in the house she can open outlook and it will have her addresses,
etc.
Some background information for the question on the network is that we have
6 computers connected to our home network at one time. A mix of laptops and
desktops 2 of which have windows vista, while the rest are XP. All computers
connect to the internet wirelessly to the internet and our home network.
