HELP!!!

Have been trying to download azureus onto the computer, and while it gives me
the little icon, the file is not there. When i go in to the run as... in the
properties, it gives me an old user name (not mine) and when i try to change
it to my user name it says its wrong!!! Can anyone help??

First - why would you run-as with your own username?
That makes no sense. doing a run-as would be useful only if you wanted to
run something as another user - not yourself. Some people do this to run
things as an administrative level user without logging in as said user.

Secondly - have you looked through Azureus' FAQs or forums?
