hi can any one help me i need to sort out my computer its running really slow
and i keep gettin pop ups that i dont want and really i need to clear the
whole thing and start again but i want to loses my msn or my net

Erasing your hard disk and starting all over again is a last resort. And
without knowing what caused your problem(s) in the first place, you'll
probably be back in the same jam soon enough.

Those are classic signs of a malware infection. Malware can usually, but
not always, be removed. Here's what you need to do:

1 - Backup your personal files
2 - Eradicate the malware

If you're not real comfortable with using a computer, those tasks will
seem daunting. In that case you should show your computer to a
professional technician. And ask the technician how to avoid malware
infections in the future. That will be money well spent.
