Windows is corrupt and therefore cannot pick up on my external
cd-rom...I need the external (connected via USB) b/c the internal is
broken. I want to re-install windows, but since the comp wont recognize
the external cd-rom, when I reboot it just comes back into the messed
up windows...what can I do???? Tried downloading the driver for the
cd-rom...no luck. Would like to just reformat this laptop from scratch.
