Help!

Hello Everyone,

I recently did a disk clean up and also defragmented my drive as well. I am
running Windows XP SP2. Since this process my computer has been really slow
as if something is running in the background. I have tried disabling Norton,
Microsoft Anti-Spyware, I have checked what is running in the background and
dont happen to find what is causing everything to process slowly.

I also cant do system restore, i always get a message after the computer
restarts " Computer could not be restored to the date chosen". What could be
the cause of these two issues

Oscar, many people won't bother to read a post that's only titled
"Help". Better to put a descriptive title such as "Computer runs
slowly" or "System restore will not restore".
