I called my local technical support service and I had told the tech the problem, I had also told him I also went into Dos and typed ipconfig /renew and it says "unable to contact DHCP server ,media disconnected " I was confused because I was connected to the internet. He said there might be a nic card problem, I told him when I go into msn.com and I use that as my search engine somehow it redirects me to orbitexplorer.com although no webpage display? He didn't have the answer.
I also mentioned the server busy error,internet explorer error as well...I told him I scanned the computer with norton and it says "system ok".. He had told me to restart the computer and give it an hour and log on to the internet..At 2:17 I logged onto Msn messenger ,checked my email as well and at 2:23 server busy error occurred,internet explorer script error[new_pw_window is null not an object]. At 3:10 I went into a site www.gmc.com and the page displayed and another window pops up redirecting my browser to this Url:file://C:\Program Files\Orbit\ad.html or orbitexplorer.com and the page not displayed..I have to add one more thing these annoying banners www.pennyweb.com and popupads www.classmates.com keep coming up!!! Have you heared of deal helper, it is in the control panel and I tried to delete it somehow it won't delete I have no idea why? Please Help

Try all of the following programs to check for and delete any spyware that may be on your system:

Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
