this my last resort hopes someone will help.
I have juz upgrade most of my hardware(except my cpu chip-AMD Althon 750mhz,
2 HDD) while still using windowXP professional. However i after this XP has
become unstable. i.e. after ard 10-15 mins it will restart again. or
sometimes it will go to THE BLUE SCREEN.
I have no idea what's causing it. I suspecting my VGA card as when i install
the driver there's a warning message tt says it overwriting original XP
files. I have yet to reinstall XP.

Here's the error message i have (hope this will help in solving the mystery)

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

.
driver problem and kbd is keyboard. imho time to do a
clean install update all the drivers and bios and turn on
xp firewall and get all the critical windows update.

If you upgraded your Motherboard, then there's the Problem. WinXP is
looking for all the old motherboard devices.
If you still have the same Motherboard then I would go here www.guru3d.com
and try a few different Nvidia drivers.
0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
(Click to consult the online MSDN article.)
A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn't
catch. These are nearly always hardware compability issues (which sometimes
means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).
a.. "STOP 0x0000008e" Error Message During Windows XP Setup {KB 315335}
Win XP
b.. Games: "Stop" Error Message That References Nv4_disp.dll {KB 325730}
Flight Simulator, other games (wth Nvidia-based video adapter)
