help with wireless usb adapter

I have a NetGear MA111 and I am having an issue with my
laptop recognizing it at startup. After logon it works
great but when I need it to access my domain for the logon
script and roaming profile it doesn't help much. I have a
usb keyboard that works great so it is not the usb ports
and I have tried the latest drivers which didn't help
either and I have tried multiple computers with no luck
either. Please help I am stuck and would like to use a
usb wireless solution to deploy in my network so that I
can keep the same card for both laptops and desktops.

A suggestion. Don't login so quickly, most of the cheaper USB Adapters need
to be initialized by the Wireless Config Service, which will start almost
last.

So wait, or just set a service dependency of the Wireless Config and
Alerter. Alerter starts towards the top since it begins with A.
