Help with windows Media Player 10 Tech Beta

Once I have finished downloading windows Media player 10
Beta, it begins to install and after the first few pages
of the install, it begins to install windows media player
9. I already have Player 9 and I want player 10 Beta. How
can you help me. Please list every single option that
there is in your database in the reply so i don't have to
make a new post. Also, the media player as I see it is
number nine, but when I search for updates in the media
player it says that i have number ten. It thinks that i
have WMP 10 but it shows that i have WMP 9. Please Help
 
Like it says,"Beta".However if one must install,instead of
downloading,install from site in the "open mode".WMP 10
isnt worth youre trouble if you ask me....
