I was at my dad's place last night trying to figure out why norton antivirus
2004 live update was not working. Following the directions on symantecs site
I found I had to search for a particular file in explorer.
As soon as I selected "files and folders" for a search in explorer, a dialog
box opens asking for the ms office install disk. I don't even get a chance
to type the name of the file I want to search for.
Any idea what's going on, what may have caused this to happen, and how to
correct this odd behaviour?
