Help with unknown Device

[Nice but Dim]

I have a multimedia device with a BIG yellow question mark
The Device Instance Id is as follows:

PCI\VEN_10B9&DEV_3309&SUBSYS_330910B9&REV_00\2&EBB567F&0&70

It is attached by a ribbon cable to a 3Dfx Banshee AGP video card
On the card is printed ALi M3309 MPEG (v1.29) + Direct Draw
I downloaded what I thought was the correct driver but XP prevented
installation telling me it was the wrong Class.

Any suggestions as to what driver I require and where I can get it from

I think you'll find there aren't winxp drivers for this;
