Hi,
I have just got my Xmas present (early) and it had a corrupt partition so I
had to do a full format/reinstall, (not good on a brand new machine) anyway
I reinstalled but noticed that the manufacturers of my pc did not give me
the drivers for the hardware. I located and installed the nvidia forceware
drivers and audio drivers and everything looked good. When I rebooted I got
an unknown device trying to install but I havent a clue what it is or how to
install a driver for it. I asked windows to search the internet but it
couldnt locate a driver. When I look in device manager it says that the
unknown device is located on pci bus. What is it? Is it necessary to have
this installed and if so where do I get the drivers for it?

Your question is probably too specific to get answered here. Mesh computers
provide support on their website, all you have to do is register. The
unknown device could quite possibly be some chipset on your motherboard that
needs a driver. You could try the Asus website for a chipset driver as you
know the motherboard model. It's unusual for new PC's to come without a CD,
or a restoration image or possibly something on a hidden partition -again
talk to Mesh as you have paid for these things.

TS: it doesn't matter is they are or aren't.

Fact of the matter is there is an agreement in place - exercise your
part of the agreement IMO
