Help with sync problem

Hello, I have a strange problem syncing calender items. I usually put items
into the calender as all day events, and sync between work and home. When
the items sync, they sync as two day events, not a one day event as
anticipated ie it will show up in calender as the day before and the day of.
Can anyone help me fix this?
