sync outlook

is it possible to sync outlook 2007 between my home laptop and my work pc ?,
calender and contacts are the main problem. Dont really want to use my
windows live calender and contacts because i sync my i phone on my home
laptop with outlook and it doesnt pick up my windows live calender.
i am a novice computer user so any help would be appriciated.

If you install the Outlook Connector on your laptop and it has an Internet
connection, it will be able to access your Live calendar.
