Outlook Connector <> WMDC calendar issue

My programs:
Outlook Connector (12.0.6407.1000)
Outlook 2007 (12.0.6316.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6320.5000)
Windows Mobile Device Center (6.1.6965)
Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone (14955.2.3.0)

My sync chenario: Windows Live <Outlook Connector> Outlook 2007 <WMDC>
Smartphone.

When i sync my calendar between Windows Live and Outlook 2007, the next time
i sync with the Smartphone the time of all recurring events will be set to
two ours later at the smartphone, than it was in Outlook and Windows Live
Calendar.
So allday events are synced as 2 am to 2 am the next day and evenst starting
at 8 am are synced to start at 10 am. Only the nonrecurring events are synced
propperly.

The regional setting of both Live, Windows, Outlook and the smartphone is
GMT+1 with daylight saving on.
