Help with Skype in Win2000!

P

PP

After installing Internet Information Services - IIS, on my Windows 2000
computer from the CD, my Skype (version Win 2000) connections became noisy
and the program became incapable of making an echo call or any call. The
Mcafee firewall is giving all the permissions/access possible to the
internet. I don't know what is wrong here. I made all the changes they
advise in Skype site (the program gives an error message 6101: problem with
output device and tells me to check the audio definitions). I checked
everything in audio configuration, downloaded latest drives (Realtek AC'97
Audio), I HAVE audio in my computer and well configured. I removed from the
Windows add/remove programs IIS and Skype. After installing again Skype the
problem persists (noisy and strange sounds). Is IIS still in the computer
using the same port and in conflict with Skype?? It was working fine before
I made the installation of IIS. Can somebody HELP ME? I Have to use Skype!
Thanks in advance!
