help with shutting down.

hi, this is the problem that ive encountered. whenever im shutting down my
 
Symantec has purchased Veritas.

It doesn't look to me like you will get any help from them.

I would uninstall Sonic Solutions CD/DVD Recording Software and purchase
some CD/DVD recording software from a reputable company like Nero.

thanks wes, my software came with the package, i tried downloading the
upgrade w/ ibm but it doesnt work, ill try your solution. thanks again for
