Have you looked at the Rules Wizard or consulted Outlook's help files? I
will be happy to clear up anything you don't understand but doing your own
research first will greatly reduce the amount of information that you may
need from me or any other helper in this group.

|| You can do it either of 2 ways. You can use IMO mode and have all
|| of your accounts delivered to the same in-box but move them to
|| folders you create via Rules Wizard. Plus side to this is that you
|| can select the option to "send using" while composing an email
|| message to select the sending account. Minus side is that all of
|| your mail is in one Outlook session.

|| account per profile. Minus side is that you need to shut down and
|| reopen Outlook with a different profile to send using the account
