Help with right clicking on a drive

Guest

I have been in the process of cleaning up my computer and now have a
problem..Whenever I go into my computer or windows explorer and right click
on a drive, the computer freezes. I need to go to task manager and end that
task.
When I do a safeboot, I can right click with no problem....

I get the same freeze when I click on the drive and then click on "File".

I need to access my hard drive properties and cannot - anyone have any ideas.

Thanks,
Diane

OR

-Start - Run - Msconfig.exe - StartUp tab
-Disable items one by one, reboot, check if problem exists or not

OR

-Taskmanager - Process
-End process one by one, check if problem exists..
----DONT END A SYSTEM PROCESS------

Thanks Ayush,

It turns out that it was a little program from Citibank for virtual account
numbers. Once i removed the program, everything was A-OK..
