I have just set up my computer with XP Pro, and using Outlook 2003 for
email. I have 4 separate Windows accounts for family members, and I want
each of us to receive our own email into our own mailbox, visible only when
that person logs on.

At the moment, if I log on first, all the email comes straight to my inbox.

Can any one help please??

If you each have your own address and yet when one of you connects, all mail
gets downloaded, then you all share a mailbox on the ISP's server and you
don't really have distinct addresses. They're all aliases of each other.
If the ISP will allow you to each have your own mailbox, the problem will be
solved. Barring that, you'll have to configure Outlook to leave the
messages on the server when you download and each create rules that will
delete all messages not intended for you (and not choose the option that
deleted them from the server if the Deleted Items folder is emptied). If
you all check your mail on a regular basis, you can enable the option of
deleting the messages from the server when they reach a certain age.
