I need some help with installing a digital photo camera,
but the software ses that it only mend for windows ME,...
and not for xp

can you please help me

It means that the software is not compatible with XP. Contact the camera
manufacturer for updated, XP compatible software.

You really don't need any software to download your pic
from your digicam using XP. Just turn your camera on and
plug your usb cable into both the camera and your computer
and a file transfer wizard will appear and you will be
able to copy the pics to your hard drive. You can then do
whatever you want with them
