Help with Insert Address

In my office, I am currently using 97 Word (MS office suite) under WinXP
Pro OS.
I use Outlook98 for emails and contacts.
Everything works in order. There is a problem with address book in
Word97.

When I click "Insert Address" button in the Envelopes, Labels, and Mail
Merge dialog box,
Word crashes. The error shown before crash is:

Microsoft Word for Win97 application file has encountered problem and needs
to close. blah, blah. ......

I would very much appreciate it if someone could fix this problem. What I
want is to print addresses on envelope. Satoshi







Insert Address button

The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or
deleted....
 
What is your default mail program and Contacts manager?
How is your Outlook Address Book configured?
