usually this would be a performance issue. Your video or
sound is having a hard time keeping up. Try lowering the
graphic quality settings or your sound to try and clear it
up. You can make sure you video drivers are up to date as
well. Check the recommendations on your game too to see
if your video & cpu processor exceeds or barely meet them.
