help with flash player download

hi there im wondering if someone can please help me i have windows xp
and have the administrator account and whenever i try to download flash
player on to my system i get a message saying i dont have the authority
to do so and please try again from an administrators account i
previously had flash player and it worked fine but my teenage son has
deleted it by accident if someone can help i would be extremly
gratefull

Thanx tried that still nothing worked every other downloads but flas
player work is there any other way of getting it it seems like i nee
to reset the system to aknowledge me as administrato
