HELP with ERROR CODE 0xC946000F

I am trying to open a MM project that I created several years ago. However I
keep getting an error code of 0xC946000F. Can anyone please help.

Is this an .mswmm file?

Are you trying to open it in the same version
of Movie Maker that created it?

Also...is it the same version of Windows?
