help with ati 9800 pro and medal of honor

I have a 9800 pro ATI card. First ATI card I've ever owned. Whenever I go
to play MOH, the screen is way too dark. So, I go into the video section of
MOH and set the brightness all the way up, but the game is still way to
dark.
I have set my brightness and contrast on my monitor all the way up, and
still the same thing. Even set the brightness and contrast all the way up
in the control panel -Color-fullscreen up and still the same thing. This is
a quake 3 engine based game. Any hints on something else I might try?

I had a similar problem with Quake III once and solved it by reinstalling
it. The installation program wrote a new cfg file which seems to solve the
lighting problem. Tell you what. I have the same card and the same game,
so I will send you my config file for MOH and you can give it a try.
