Problem with flickering polygons (Medal of Honor)

I recently bought a new PC and (re)installed Medal of Honor: Allied Assault
on it. This new machine has a ATI Radeon 9800 video card installed and I
expected it to run MOHAA smoothly... but it didn't :-( When I enter the
actual game, I'm seeing all kinds of 'strange polygons' flickering...

Is there anybody that recognizes this problem and knows what I should do to
fix it?

I have the same problem with a 9700 Pro. Not many places, but things like
metal grated stairs flicker really bad.. like the metal stairs in one of the
buildings on stalingrad multiplayer map.

Hi Mike,

I guess, you haven't solved it either? I haven't really tried other places,
but in the Schmerzen level (forest/snow) it is really bad.
