Help! When I Try To Install Roxio

When i try to install Roxio Easy Creator 6.0, 5 Basic, Or 5 Platium they start fine wit all system requirements but then when windows installe popsup all have this meassage " Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if u are running Windows in safe mode or if Windows Insraller is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance. " Well i am not running Windows Xp Home Edition in Safe mode & i don't have a any support personnel so what can i do?
