Help: W2k File Backup Needs New Media

After upgrading our W2k file server from SP3 to SP4, doing a file Backup
from the command-line bombs out, bringing up a dialog box saying "Need new
media".

I can't find anything about this on the Microsoft KB.. How do I get our
backups working again? Has anyone come across this one before??

Never mind.. I found the problem. :-(

The backup drive was full - or at least full enough to not be able to store
the new 15-odd-GByte backup.

I wish there was some way to get ntbackup to report the problem *properly*
instead of a stupid "need new media" message which could have been any
number of things... even "destination full" would be more meaningful.
