Help very annoying

Hi im having a problem while online every 30 seconds i
get this window that keeps pooping up overlapping each
other, until theres hundreds of them if i leave them open
long enough, the message in each window is the same as
follows....
MHGFT 346534
Connection timed out
Error #10060
Also, while im not online i get a similar window that
also keeps on pooping up with the following error
Cannot find port, ( or something very close to this)
Error #10065
I use Sympatico Dsl, and have had this problem for 4
weeks now, ive doen a virus scan with nothing found, im
running Windows XP home edition, any help would be great,

Thanx Kelly but the searches u sent me to didnt help,
this i sa unique problem, i can use all my programs to
acces the net etc... however its like something is trying
to connect but cant, that i dont want it to. thanx again
