,XP cannot access anything except this site and google-please help!

I have windows xp-desktop-and I cannot surf the internet at all. I can use this site and google- Ill type in Facebook or something and it says on the bottom website found waiting for reply-i ran the tests says it all passed-before I was getting error messages like validating identity (all on my router) and cerytificate error-but i think ive fixed them dont see them anymore-what could be causing all this! Im frustrated! like I said im using a wifi netgear router- and I am trying to get hotspots-says Im coonected-thanks!
 
What browser are you using ?
What router do you have ?
Have you tried doing a router reset ?
Are you able to run your AV to rule out any nasty's

I'd say give your router a hard reset and then do a DNS flush.

 
i have the netgear wireless g usb 2.0 my computer wont let me download chrome or anything keeps saying something about cant find in the dynamic library kernel something-cant remember wont let me download anything really-we just got this computer from someone who completely had it to system factory settings-cause our laptop crashed we got this desktop for our daugther-its the older internet explorer-ive tried resetting it and redownloading it-how do i give it a flush now its opeing some pages but will not load them-thanks
