Help..urgent...Start Up problems in Access

Hi, please can anyone help. I have managed to remove all toolbars from the
Start Up of a Database I have been designing. I now can't see any toolbars
(cannot access tools-start up to make any changes) and cannot therefore edit
any of my tables or queries. Please can anyone help.

Try holding the Shift key down while starting your database. Keep it pressed
down until the database is fully open.
