Help! Updating rows

We had a case of misunderstanding and some data that was
supposed to be updated on one worksheet was actually
entered in an older sheet. I don't know VBA very well but
would it be possible to enter data that is column B from
Worksheet A into column B in Worksheet B where match for
column A is found? thanks in advance.
